Medswana complies with Good Distribution Practice as stipulated by the World Health Organisation.

Medswana has a fully fledged fleet to deliver medicaments to the Gaborone clients. Medswana employs 3 Full time Drivers who delivers goods every 2 hours equating to 4 Deliveries per day. We also have a Motor vehicle Driver who ensures the delivery of emergency orders as requested.

With regards to the deliveries to our clients situated in the Northern and surrounding areas of Botswana, Medswana has contracted two delivery companies for this service, namely sprint couriers and the Botswana Railways.

Both contractors collect Medicaments from Medswana every evening and deliveries to all our Northern and surrounding clients are delivered within 24 hours every day except Sundays.
